Why should I drink Soke and Soula premium cocktails

We’re using a premium, Japanese Junmai sake recipe brewed for more than 300 years for our Soke cocktails. For Soula, we’re using a premium, handcrafted agave wine from the Blue Weber agave plants in Jalisco, Mexico. All of our premium flavors are carefully curated, meet the strictest of ingredient guidelines of natural grocers, and no artificial sweeteners are used.

We prioritize transparency, and the product detail page for each flavor on our website provides comprehensive information, including the ingredients and nutrition facts specific to each particular cocktail.

Our premium cocktails offer a full-flavored taste, boast fewer calories compared to many of the leading canned cocktails, and maintain a modest 5% alcohol by volume (ABV).

What States do you sell to online?

How do you Ship the items?

Due to local liquor laws we do not sell or ship our products directly to customers. Instead a liquor retailer is selling the product to you through our website. Our products are shipped from California, facilitated by a retailer in the Accel Pay network of licensed retailers. The shipping is conducted using reputable carriers such as UPS or GLS to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of your items. 

How long does delivery take? 

It's important to note that our products originate from Southern California, and delivery times may vary based on the final destination. Orders are fulfilled in 2-4 days. Standard delivery may take an additional 3-8 business days. Your product will be delivered straight to your door and any order containing alcohol will require an adult signature and ID check upon delivery.



Do I need to be home to receive and sign for the delivery?  

Yes, someone 21 or older with a valid ID must be available to sign for the products. If there is no individual 21 years of age or older to accept the delivery, the delivery will not be able to be completed at that time.

After three failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to the retailer and you will be required to pay an additional re-shipping fee of $25 (liquid is heavy and expensive to ship).

If a refund is requested $25 will be deducted from the refund. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

What is the shipping cost?

Soke and Soula is shipped with a flat rate of $10 for all orders under $75, while orders exceeding $75 are shipped for free. Liquid products, especially beverages, tend to be heavy and incur high shipping fees. We aim to provide transparent pricing and appreciate your understanding of the factors that contribute to the shipping costs. 

Do you ship outside of the continental US?

Currently, we exclusively ship within the continental United States. We do not offer shipping services outside of this region.

Can an order that has been shipped be tracked?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming your order and tracking information.

Can you ship to PO boxes?

Because our products have alcohol we are not legally allowed to ship to P.O. boxes

Refunds & Payments

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns. However refunds will be considered for instances of significant damage to the product that renders the liquid non-consumable. If your products arrive damaged please email onlineorders@spiritedbrandsco.com.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

If you have received damaged items in your order, we kindly ask you to reach out to us within seven days of receiving it. Please contact our customer support team at support@accelpay.io and they will promptly assist you in addressing the issue and finding an appropriate solution.  We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. 

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be requested to be canceled until they ship. A request to cancel does not guarantee cancellation. Please send requests to onlineorders@spiritedbrandsco.com

Why does my credit card say Alcohol AP Fulfill?

The name "Alcohol AP Fulfill" on your credit card statement corresponds to the retailer that handles the shipping of our products from the Accel Pay network of licensed retailers. They are our retail partner responsible for fulfilling and dispatching orders. While the billing information may reflect their name, rest assured that your purchase is associated with Soke and/or Soula products.

Our cocktails have a one year shelf life from the manufacturing date

How much is one serving of Soke and/or Soula?

One serving of Soke or Soula is equivalent to a full can, which contains 12 ounces (oz) / 355 milliliters (mL) of our delicious cocktails.

Where can I find nutritional information?

Is Soke and/or Soke non-GMO?

Yes! Soke and Soula products are non-GMO (Genetically Modified Organism) free. We will always prioritize the use of ingredients that do not involve genetic modification.

Is Soke and/or Soke vegan?

Yes! Soke and/or Soula products are vegan. We take pride in offering vegan options and affirm our commitment to cruelty-free products. 

Are Soke and Soula carbonated?

Yes, Soke and Soula products are carbonated, and they are crafted with the perfect carbonation levels to enhance your drinking experience
